How Our Provider Network Works

Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Fantasyunion Windows & Siding, you end up speaking with an independent local provider. That is a business that does window replacement or siding installation for a living. It is not Fantasyunion Windows & Siding. We make the introduction, and then the conversation is yours.
Say you have a few questions written on a sticky note. Good. That is all you need to bring.
What Happens on the Call
The first call is short and simple. A provider will usually ask about:
- How many windows you want replaced, or which walls need siding.
- The age and style of your home.
- What you have noticed, such as drafts, fogged glass or warped boards.
- When you hope to start.
They may suggest a visit to measure and look things over. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.
What to Ask a Provider
Questions before quotes. Here are some good ones for a first-timer:
- Is this price in writing, and what does it include?
- Which window or siding material do you suggest, and why?
- Do you offer energy efficient windows, and what do the ratings mean?
- Who does the installing, and are they your own workers or hired out?
- How will you protect my floors, plants and yard?
- How long will the work take, and what could slow it down?
- What upkeep should I do afterward?
Ask to see proof of license and insurance. Costs vary a lot by home size and material, so get a written quote before you agree to anything.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not mean you have hired one. You can compare quotes, ask for a second opinion, or wait. Nobody should rush you.
If something feels unclear, say so. A good provider will slow down and explain. If an answer does not satisfy you, you can move on to another provider in the network.
